I was very impressed, to say the least. Bobby responded immediately to my request to evaluate our roof leak issue. Our roof was over 25 years old and, no surprise, needed replacement. Bobby always answered his own calls, and came over and gave a complete rundown of exactly what was needed. He always thoroughly explained what was going to be done, gave reasonable timeline for completion at very competitive rate. We opted for the Owens-Corning 50 year shingles, and Bobby and his crew replaced some of the plywood and provided twice the recommended amount of Weather guard (prevents ice dams from causing roof leaks) underlayment under the shingles. Bobby kept tarps down for my property protection -for both the old roof removal as well as new roof installation- to protect my bushes, deck, etc. The crew ALWAYS cleaned up after themselves. They cleaned the entire yard, driveway, deck, patio, of all the nails from the old roof, and cut roof underlayment, cut pieces, etc. from the new roof. Bobby and his crew did an excellent job, even roofed my shed, and I couldn’t be happier. This was money well spent !!

I was fortunate to have called Capital Diamond Roofing to repair my mother’s large shed that was damaged as a result of a storm. Bobby responded quickly to provide an estimate, returned a few days later to ensure the insurance adjuster didn’t miss anything, and remained in contact with me for the entire process. Bobby is a professional businessman, and skilled carpenter. Our roof, facia and soffits look fantastic. I will hire this company again if needed. Thank you Bobby.

My Mother recently had her tractor shed roof replaced by Capital Diamond Roofing. She couldn’t be more pleased with the result! The roof is gorgeous! They gave her a reasonable estimate, arrived when they said they would, were efficient, trustworthy, cleaned everything up, and it turned out beautiful. She is thrilled and highly recommends Capital Diamond Roofing to anyone looking to have a project completed. Well done – thank you so very much!

Hired Capital Diamond for a relatively minor repair from winter storm damage. I’ve found it a lot harder to get minor roof work done than major, but three facts sum up my very positive experience:
1) Bobby came when he said he would
2) his videos both before and after his work were clear and well-narrated
3) but what was especially impressive- he made a temporary repair and removed dangerous debris BEFORE I agreed to hire him or give him a down payment.
I would highly recommend him for his reliability and responsiveness.

Did a great job information us about a lot of things we can do
Very prompt inspection. Very detailed inspection. Very attentive and courteous contractor interaction. I’m on a limited budget, and needed to find someone less expensive. This is a no way a criticism of this particular contractor.

Bobby was responsive, professional, on-time, and performed excellent craftsmanship to replace a piece a fascia that we lost to wind. His quote was reasonable and exactly in the range I expected to pay.

I had an active roof leak and called Bobby looking for immediate help. Bobby came by that same evening to inspect the roof and give me a temporary fix for the night. The next day he give me a detailed quote with a fair price. He was able to schedule the repair within two days of me calling him. Showed up on time, performed quality work, gave me free lessons on roofing and most importantly communicated his plans and progress along the way. I will definitely be calling Bobby again if I need anything else.

I had an active roof leak and Robert and his team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I got a detailed quote within a reasonable time and the work they did went above and beyond.
They fixed my leaking roof and took care of a few other areas that needed immediate attention. Everything that was done was clearly explained and I have great before and after pictures for my records.
I would recommend Capital Diamond Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable quality roofing team.
